How to log out of Zalo on different devices from the phone
Zalo is a cross-platform application, supporting computers, mobile applications and web platforms. You can login and use it on all supported platforms at the same time. At the same time, Zalo also supports users to manage current login sessions that you can log out when needed.We have two ways to log out of our Zalo account on different devices.
Method 1: Use Login History.
All devices logged into the same account will be recognized by Zalo and you can view, manage and log out all in one place.
1. You open Zalo > click Personal > Account and security .
2. click on Login History .
3. You will see a list of devices logged in using an active Zalo account.If you want to log out of any device, click the Sign Out button .
Method 2: Change the account password.
If your Zalo account is no longer safe, the password is leaked, you need to immediately change the new password. Changing the passcode will also sign out on all active devices.
1. You open Zalo > click Personal > Account and security .
2. click Change password .
3. Then, you enter the current password and provide a new password for the account > click Update .
When the account password is updated, Zalo on all active devices using the same account will be logged out immediately.
Method 3: Log out Zalo automatically on Windows computers.
This is a feature only available to the Windows desktop user version . Zalo will log out automatically after turning off the computer, you do not have to do or need to remember anymore.
1. open Zalo PC > click the gear icon in the lower right corner > Settings > General settings .
2. You turn off the option Remember login account .
Thus, from now on, when you no longer have to remember whether you have logged out of your Zalo account on your computer or not, the application will do it instead. Next time you use it, you have to log in again.
