Step 3. You click Manage >> Create a new instant message .
Step 4. At the Create instant message window, you can create quick reply messages with the desired content. For example, typing “Xinchao” will become “Hello”, ip11″ will become “iPhone 11 is still in stock”.
Step 5. To activate automatic Zalo messages, you just need to add a “/” sign to the message. Zalo will display instant message content for you to respond to messages faster.
